SHIPPING & RETURNS
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
PLEASE NOTE: OUR SMOKELESS SMUDGE CAN TAKE UP TO THREE WEEKS TO SHIP DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
MISSING ORDERS / ITEMS
If your order tracking shows your order was delivered, but you didn't receive it, please check around your home or business to make sure the package isn't hidden from view. If you still need help after a thorough check, please contact shipper. Sage & Salt is not responsible for lost orders once marked delivered by shipping company.
