Ethical Crystal Sourcing


ETHICALLY SOURCED

All stones are hand selected from ethical sources. When purchasing stones we are sensitive to the environmental and human elements from which they are mined.

RITUALLY CLAENSED

Stones are cleansed in multi-level ritual and charged in a vortex in Sedona, Arizona. These tedious steps ensure our stones have the best vibes possible.

 

Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING & RETURNS — Sage & Salt

General Policy

All Sage & Salt items are crafted in small batches with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products — including fine fragrances, metaphysical tools, and ritual goods — we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for reasons of safety, hygiene, and product integrity.


Returns on Unopened Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please email info@sageandsalt.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return authorization and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in new, unopened condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care in packaging every order, once shipments leave our facility they are handled by third-party carriers.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact info@sageandsalt.com within 2 days of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The outer shipping box

  • Inner packaging

  • The damaged item(s)

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued without return and inspection of the damaged merchandise. This is required for insurance documentation and carrier claim processing.

We reserve the right to deny damage claims that:

  • Are submitted outside the stated timeframe

  • Do not include proper documentation

  • Show signs of use or customer-caused damage


Packaging Disclaimer

Minor cosmetic damage to outer shipping cartons or retail packaging that does not affect the product itself is not considered product damage and is not eligible for refund or replacement.


Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

Sage & Salt is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or marked as “delivered” but not received.

We strongly recommend selecting secure delivery locations or purchasing Route Package Protection (if available at checkout).

If your order appears lost or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist with claim documentation when applicable, however refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages cannot be guaranteed.

All purchases on this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title to, and risk of loss for, your order pass to you when the carrier first takes possession of the package at our shipping facility.


Non-Returnable Items

To preserve product quality and fairness, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products

  • jewelry or fragrance. 
  • Custom, limited-edition, or made-to-order items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


Refund Approval & Abuse Prevention

All refunds are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt of returned merchandise.

Sage & Salt reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or future orders in cases of suspected fraud, repeated claims, or policy abuse.

Sage & Salt reserves (The Witch LLC.)  the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions above. By purchasing from our site, you agree to this policy and understand that our products are made in limited quantities to maintain quality and energetic intention.
